Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed my stay for two nights in a cozy twin room with a lovely view of the sea. The staff were incredibly friendly, making check-in smooth. breakfast availability was a letdown, as it was limited to special events. I look forward to the promised Wi-Fi improvements next visit!

Private bar area providing a relaxed vibe after a long day. Old-school charm with opportunities for fun evening entertainment, with different activities each night. Rooms clean and serviced daily while being conveniently located close to the seafront.
Furnishings feeling a bit dated, lacking modern flair that some might prefer. Showers sometimes fluctuated between lukewarm and cold, leading to inconsistent experiences for different rooms. Breakfast setup occasionally chaotic during busy hours, making for a less-than-relaxing start to the day.

Can't recommend highly enough for a mini-break over the weekend.
Cozy room, friendly staff, and convenient location make this hotel a great choice for a relaxing stay, as I appreciated the clean accommodations with plenty of tea and coffee alongside a hot shower after a day exploring the nearby attractions and watching the impressive yachts coming or going.
No negatives from this place.

would definitely come back here
Great location opposite Eastbourne Pier! The room was big, with tea/coffee maker, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. There's a lift for easy access. The shower was clean, although water pressure could be better. The staff were super helpful and offered a £1 parking permit for nearby streets. Good value for money!

Had a great stay with friends! The hotel is family-run and super friendly, making us feel right at home. We enjoyed the local Dotto train service along the promenade and the easy walk to shops just two minutes away. Perfect spot for a fun getaway!
The lounge area was a bit outdated, and it could use some cleaning and freshening up to enhance the ambiance.

Perfect seaside escape!
Had a lovely time here! The staff were super friendly, and the location is spot on, right by the beach and pier. The bar lounge area was a chill spot to relax, but the restaurant service could be better. I got stuck with a dodgy shower head for a while, which was a bit annoying. a nice stay!

I had a great stay in a charming Victorian building, perfectly located near the pier. The room was clean and comfy, and they really made an effort to accommodate my needs, like storing my bike safely. Plus, a parking permit from reception was a nice bonus!

Just a good pick for a concise stay in Eastbourne with great value for money. The room could use some updates, but it was clean enough for a quick visit. Avoid rooms near the bar area if you're looking for peace and quiet.

I had a delightful stay at this cozy spot! The breakfast was perfectly cooked and presented, and I loved the comfy bed that helped me sleep like a log. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, aside from a rather dusty carpet that could use attention.
